This half marathon popped up on my timeline a lot today so I thought why not? A half marathon around London one month before the marathon will make an ideal training run for he 2018 London marathon.
Also just had the mail through for the New York 5k dash on 4th Nov just. Eek very excited about running in the big apple as well.
What do you do with a child free weekend?? Have a nap, oversleep and miss your tempo run!

Let the carb loading begin...this week of tapering has not gone to plan as I've come down with a stinking cold 🤧😷Feeling better today than I have done for the last few though I have absolutely no voice- sound like Wheezy from Toy Story, the penguin who loses his squeaker🐧! But am hoping that 36hrs of taking it easy, getting plenty of sleep and good nutrition, paired with all the training I've done, will get me round.
