I realised yesterday (to my horror 😲😂) that my left glute has definitely lost some size whilst I've been nursing this broken hip - not surprising I know! But I only really noticed it yesterday 😐
Plan of attack is to do single leg work everyday along with my stretches 👌
👟 60 mins incline treadmill walk
➡5 rounds of the following:
🍑 Single leg glute bridge hold for 20 seconds each leg
🍑 20 x glute raises
🍑 10 x single glute raises each leg (f*ck me these kill on my left 😬)
🍑 20 x frog pumps
🍑 10 x single leg TRX squats each leg
👟 200 kettlebell swings with a 16kg
🚴 10 rounds of 20 seconds on/20 seconds off on the Watt Bike .
💯👊 DONE 👊💯
