"After a dynamic joint warm up, cardio warm up & hiit training one of our strength circuits looked like this: • 45sec subscap + full Pull Up
• 45sec Rubberbanditz assisted Dips
• 45sec #rubberbanditz assisted Squats
• 45sec rubberbanditz assisted Back Lever
• 15sec to switch stations
• 45sec rest interval
• Repeat circuit 4x's
Cap it off with a finisher, a core circuit and some stretching! And you got Bar None @ Nine!
