Thanks to this new fancy #compressionbandage (that now shows under my clothes at work 😳 ) I was able to finally enjoy a morning run in the park almost 100% painfree! How I missed my 6:30 AM runs! Also happy that I'm finally recovering my #easypace and keeping my heart rate below 150 😛
Still keeping it very slow and very short to help the muscles and tendon recover gradually.
Now time to get myself into work, meetings and goodbye drinks because tomorrow is my last day!!! 😁😁😁

#WorkoutOfTheDay! @toneitup Bikini Arms with 5lb weights, @adrienelouise's #YogaRevolution Day 5 and a 6 mile run through Echo Park. The run was supposed to be a speed workout per the @blacklistla half marathon training plan (2 mi warm up, 3 miles gradually faster, 1 mile cool down) but it took everything I had tonight to get through it any way I could. Some runs are better than others, but I hadn't had one this tough in awhile! More sleep, more water, more vegetables. #streetathlete
