Don't even really know where to start with this! I'm still in shock!!! It goes to show that if you don't give up and keep pushing you can achieve anything! It also goes to show what and awesome club Ipswich Jaffa is and is solid proof that the club cares about each and every runner whether elite or a waddling potato! I'm proud to be a Jaffa runner. I'm proud because my team mates are awesome people. I'm proud because my club isn't afraid to have the conversation about mental health and so whilst struggling with PTSD I can always turn to a team mate and there is no stigma attached. And then to the thank yous! Firstly thank you to the best Chair and Vice Chair the club could ask for, who managed to trick me into going to club tonight, all of my Jaffa team mates who voted for me, but importantly to @airborne_fit who trains me to be a better runner and has been a rock these last few months! Wow. Just. Wow.
