Wrist mobility and strength should be a part of everybody's training plan. Wrists are extremely important and without basic strength and mobility you can very well injure yourself. Without adequate wrist mobility and strength, it is very difficult to progress and perform awesome movements like the front squats, dips, bridges, handstands and many more.
