Last night at @run.dem.crew we came together to celebrate the achievements of the past weekend. It's always such a beautiful and emotional evening and last night was no different.
We praised one another for their efforts whether you were a runner, part of the epic Cheer Dem Zone, midnight ninja, the bad ass creative team, photographer or anything else.
We throw it up for Pace and let him know that he may have left this world but he will never be forgotten and his people done him proud 🙏🏽❤️

그냥 5회 2셋 도전해봤는데 어떻게 성공은 했다. 지난 주 실패가 신경을 발달시킨듯.. 이 쯤에서 같은 5회 다른 느낌을 비교 감상ㅎㅎㅎ
3개월만에 어거지 머슬업 최대 5회1셋 에서 현재 5회 2셋까지 잘 왔다.
컨디션이 안좋아 당분간은 아무것도 안하고 조절좀 해야할듯!

Changing head position in full Handstand today - definitely a work in progress
I've been feeling like I've added some extra fat on my belly so it turns out I gained about 400g of fat. They probably all went to my belly lol Time to get shredded again 🤸🏻♂️🤸🏻♀️
요즘 계속 배에 지방이 낀 듯한 느낌이 들고 몸이 무거워서 오랜만에 인바디 쟀더니 체지방 400 그램 늘음.. 충격이다. 다시 빼야지 💦💦💦 그나저나 내가 이렇게 민감한 사람이였다니?
