We did Quarters today. I modified it though. Once we get deeper into the 6 week challenge I will give them the real thing. The real Quarters is they start with a 1.00mile run for quarter 1, quarter 2 they run 0.75, quarter 3 they run 0.50, and quarter 4 they run 0.25. On top of that every quarter you add an exercise for 25 reps.
So quarter 1 has 2 exercises for 25 reps and then each quarter you add another exercise. Its brutal. Around week 4 I will throw the real thing at the them.
Next week I start my cut for my second show. This time not only will I be posting a picture or video every single day leading up to the show but I also will be doing weekly YouTube videos taking you guys through the process. Showing you my food,

I felt so heavy and sluggish, uh 😖 this is what I get for letting go of all self control with my food choices and I got lazy... Crazy how two weeks of no gym and bad food choices can change my body this much! Personally I hate gaining weight because of how it makes me feel, but living life and letting go of self control from time to time is needed and fun. To me anyway. Choices choices... Watch what i eat and go to the gym all year around to look and feel good or cheat from time to time and feel the struggle of restarting. Either choice, there's no right or wrong choice. Everybody's lifestyle and goal is different... It's what living is all about. I personally haven't found the right balance yet.
