A long lunch at Jaan with my foodie pals, delighting in the best of Spring produce & @chefkirk_w 's cooking. Norwegian langoustine with Pertuis asparagus covered with a thin garlic Parmesan crust, a sprig of garlic leaf & champagne hollandaise sauce . This was exquisite and my favourite main of the lunch.
