Deck yoga is BACK! Shook out the bod with a cardio and abs circuit after a HEAVY upper body lift yesterday 💪🏼 Unpacking was basically my workout yesterday and today (my @withings tracked it as activity 😂) but I sweat it out and things are almost all stored away and organized, almost... anyway, forward folds have become a staple in my day-to-day and this pyramid/forward fold hybrid feels about as good as it looks 🙌🏼
Another "form video" on bicep curls...works best if your gym has a machine curl! If not, this is the next best alternative 💪🏻 the main points here...
1) My head is down and close to the pad
2) Curling past your head
3) Find the best placement for you feet! Struggled with that a little as you'll notice 🤗
