I'm going to be frank and say that i am not an advocate for "juice detoxes" but i am a lifetime advocate of delicious juices! Juices done right can help you consume enough vitamins and minerals your body requires to live and then some. One of my favourite combos is Orange, Bertroot, Lemon and Celery. I try to make sure that I have different coloured fruits & veg for the full vitamin spectrum, in this case, Orange, Red, Yellow and Green.
