Strength Cycle is almost finished, another week to go and then the cycle switch. Skill training whole summer. Curious how the #planche and #frontlever will look like soon.
Had some minor setbacks past weeks, wrist injury, small triceps tendonopathy, but its all going well so far and recovering nicely. Planning to lose some weight (~3kg) in the Skill Cycle, get extra lean and optimize Strength to Weight ratio. 💪
